Welcome to the Creator Hub community! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Creator Hub website and associated membership benefits. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership and Eligibility

• Eligibility: Membership is restricted to individuals who are current, active members of our YouTube channel at an eligible tier, as specified on the main registration page.
• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the signup process, including your verified YouTube Handle.
• Membership Verification: We reserve the right to verify your membership status at any time and revoke access without refund if verification fails or your YouTube membership is canceled.

2. Community Rules and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech toward any member.
• Sharing of sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Unauthorized sharing of exclusive content, including videos, documents, or private chat logs, outside of the official community channels.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

3. Prize Drawings and Raffles

• Eligibility: Entry into monthly prize drawings is automatic upon being a verified, active community member.
• Prizes: Prizes are awarded "as is," and are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the announced prize is unavailable.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted directly using the email or phone number provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.
• Taxes and Fees: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with the receipt of the prize.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the website and within the community (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Creator Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Creator Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
